My name is Chris Hayden and I have been servicing and installing heating and cooling equipment in and around Huntsville for the past 30 years. Early on while working for other companies, I learned that service calls were profit driven, not customer focused, and the service technicians received bonuses accordingly. This type of environment breeds dishonesty and I didn't like it and wouldn't do it. I felt I could do better, or at least different, and have a company built on honesty and integrity that focused on the customer's needs while still being able to provide for my family. Pretty simple, provide great service at a fair price - no high pressure sales tactics, unnecessary upsells, or deceptive, embellished warranty policies. So I became certified, got my State Contractor's licenses, and Huntsville Heating & Cooling, Inc. was established in 2001 . Fast forward 19 years and Huntsville Heating & Cooling has succeeded in the big field of residential HVAC by maintaining our core values of honesty, fairness, respect and compassion.
