Why a yearly service agreement?  Routine maintenance is the most cost effective way to keep your system operating efficiently, safely and hassle free.  Properly serviced systems last longer, are more economical and have fewer repairs.  Routine maintenance can often detect and eliminate potential problems saving you the expense of a high repair bill.  

Our ComfortPlus Service Agreements offer you peace of mind with an affordable solution for routine maintenance.

• Only $145 (one unit) + $89.50 (each additional unit)

• Year-round 10% Discount on Parts for any repairs

• Priority Service - never a Weekend or After Hours surcharge 

• Two Service Visits per year, Spring & Fall

• Complete thorough inspection of system - electrical connections and components, coils, freon charge, amp draws 

• Complete cleanup of coils, indoor and outdoor, and interior/exterior of system

• Clear and inspect drains for proper drainage

• Oil indoor and outdoor motors

               (Extra charges apply for any needed freon or parts)
